Obtained a payday loan in another state

I was granted an installment loan in Alabama. However I live and work in Georgia. Is this legal?
Who is the loan with?
Who is the loan with? Payday loans are prohibited in Georgia! Did you drive to the other state to get or was it an internet loan?

The loan was through Check 'N Go, I drove to another state. She told me at the time that she was not supposed to do it but she would make an exception. I want to pay my debt and I'm not looking for a way out of it, I'm asking in terms of fees and interest.
