1st you will need to take control of your fiances by either closing your bank account or putting a hard hold " aka ACH block " on it so they don't have access to your money anymore. Then you will have leverage to negotiate a settlement with these lenders. Should be easy since most likely these companies or not legal. I would be willing to bet they are charging about twice what Alabama allows payday lenders to charge in interest.

CashNetUSA is the only one on the whole list that's licensed in Alabama. Alabama isn't real aggressive in going after lenders on their own, but they usually will get involved with consumer complaints if you file them.

Well the storefront lenders who are members of CFSA offer the EPP. You can check HERE to see if Title cash is a member.
If they are not I suggest you go in and speak with the branch manager immediately. Explain your situation and maybe you can work out some sort of repayment plan. The key with storefront lenders is to stay in communication as best as possible.
If you cannot put a freeze on your account try speaking to a manager. maybe you can out the account on "deposit only" status. If that does not work then i suggest you close it.
