Like many on this site it seems, I'm in PDL hell.
Have 8 different PDLs- most just to cover the others in fees, and so on...
Took the advice listed on other pages and sent out letters to all of the following, based on assumption they are illegal in FL:
UnitedCashLoans
Americash
Bayside
Eastside Lenders
SpotOn Loans
Your Fast Payday
Integrity
FreshStart Payday

Now in wait/see mode as to how they all will respond, as all, but 1 are severely overpaid.
Will they harass my relatives to get to me? Call me at work?
Also, I have already recieved an email telling me the info I had for Fresh Start was invalid.
Does anyone have any other contacts for FreshStart?

Is there a form letter I need to send my bank advising them of this?

All the lenders you listed are illegal. Send out copies of ACH revocation letters to your bank and to your lenders immediately. After that, shut down your present account and open a new one just to be absolutely sure that these pests cannot dip into your pockets.

They may call you at work. Inform the HR that some illegal payday loan lenders may call at your office. Inform your co-workers also.
