A lady named Ms. Kiyani called me today and said she was legal representation for National Credit Adjusters who supposedly bought my pay day loan from the original company. However I am working with a debt settlement company who has already settled this payday loan and is currently making payments on my behalf. I think this lady may be a scam artist. Howver she had all of my personal information including ss#. How do they get this information? She wants me to send over $2k by the end of this month or they will persue legal action! I don't have this kind of money. Any advice?

one this is a scam,and so is this settlemen place.report harbinger as well as NCA.then get out of your agreement with this place as no illegal lender will work with anybody.ignore future calls from this bottomfeeding scam.
