Hi there. I'm in Ohio and having problems with some payday loans. Here is what I have for balances (They are all online loans)

$1200 payday one
$440 cashnet usa
$410 bottom dollar payday

Do you know if andy of these companies will work with you on a payment plan? I don't know how else to get out of this, and am having a very hard time paying them back (as you all know with the interest they charge). Need some advice to help get out of this hole. I don't know if I should call and ask them? Close my account and then call and ask them? I'm lost and just feel I can't get out. Any would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I forgot to add what I've paid so far. Payday one I've paid $1155 so far (interest only), Cashnet paid $282 ($75 towards principal) and bottom dollar payday paid $508 so far (approx $40 towards principal). Thanks again for any help!

Payday One and Cashnet are legal loans in Ohio. I am not sure about bottom dollar. I can tell you that I was able to work with Cashnet. I would always talk with them through the online chat and tell them I couldn't pay. I revoked ACH and used a loadable debit card for payments. They initially tried to make me do it in 4 payments (eight weeks), but it wasn't feasible for me. after spending much time online with them, I got them to extend it to 6 or 8, can't remember. At some point in the process, I did not have sufficient $$ to pay, and was able to get them to extend longer after much back and forth. I have no experience with the other two. Good luck!

Finally registered! :) Well to update, I did the letters revoking ACH, closed account, opened new one. After sending the letters, Bottom dollar has my account as paid in full (yay!). CashNet USA is working with me for 6 payments. The only one I'm having trouble with is Payday One/Rise. They put the payment thru and charged me NSF, even tho I contacted them thru their website before my due date. Contacting them by email has not been successful, but I keep trying. I really don't want to deal with them by phone, so I'm going to keep trying email to get thru. I'll let you know if I get something worked out with them that I can handle. Thank you so much!

Congrats on working out with Bottom Dollar and CashNet USA!! Is Payday One/ Rise licensed to do business in you state, if yes, just call them and work something out, I know that others have recently..

I'm working with PayDayOne/Rise now. They won't allow EPPs anymore because of the switch to Rise Installment Loans. Emails generally aren't working with them, so you can try to contact them via FAX or call their Account Services 866.580.1227. I've gotten them to give me details on a settlement of my account, 2 payments of just the remaining principal. I'm only dealing with one representative in Account Services named Alicia.
