$280 ace cash advance loan

Hi, I've had ace cash advance calling me nonstop trying to collect this $280 loan I took out back in October I've had two times where we've been set up to have it automatically deducted from my bank but both times I ran into problems and didn't have the money in my account... so I got a call today where the guy was not professional at all and actually yelled at me over the phone and even though I stated the exact date that I would be able to pay the loan off in full, with no problem to avoid any complications with them any more he still insisted that there was nothing else he could do unless I came up with the money today which I have no possible way of doing, and he stated that they were going to process my file and I would hear back from them regarding legal actions....I was wondering if I should be as worried as I am about this $280 dollars and if they'd actually take me to court over this?? I live in florida and it was a storefront location in which I borrowed the money from. any advice would be helpful and thank you very much in advance.

You could try calling them and work out an arrangement one more time.. but, if you keep breaking what you tell them - more than likely they will just take to court.. If you can give them and option that they agree to and you keep your word they usually will work with you...
