Need help with Payday lenders!

Hi I need some help with a Payday loan I foolishly took out last FEBRUARY with pdlloancenter.com for 300 dollars. I paid the entire loan off. During the time I was paying off the loan I received an email saying that PDL loan centers had become High Country Ventures. Then I received an email a week later saying they were PDL. But anyway, I paid of the loan and interest, and got an email stating that I paid it off. Then, This September PDL took $110 out of my checking account. And they started sending me emails (now referring to themselves as RBT loans/pdl loan centers) saying that I still owed money. They have taken $65 out twice since then, and tried to take $65 dollars out again this past week which overdrew my account.
Now when they took the $110 out in September I had to take out my second Pay Day loan with Ameriloan to cover what they took out. That loan was for $250, I called ameriloan the next week and requested that they take the full amount of my loan amount out of my account, yet when Friday came they only took out 90 and claimed that they had no record of my request.
So I feel like i'm getting jerked around here. I live in New Jersey and from some of the other threads I see that these types of loans are illegal in NJ? I'm not looking to stiff any of these companies, but I already paid PDL and I'm certainly willing to pay Ameriloan the $250 I borrowed, but not their ridiculous iinterests rates, especially after I asked to pay it off in full.
So I really don't know what to do. Both companies are debiting and overdrawing my account. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!!
