Advice Needed... How to contact my PDL?

Can someone please help me out a little bit. I need to know what kind of letter I am supposed to send to my companies so they will not contact me any other way other than through mail? I also would like to know what letter I send (and what am I supposed to say) to stop all the ACH payments so I can close my account and try and get a grip back on my life?
If anyone has this info or an example of a letter please let me know I would deeply appreciate it!

There's others here who can help you with wording your letters b
There's others here who can help you with wording your letters better than I; but if you're planning on closing your bank account anyway, if it were me, I'd do that BEFORE letting the PDL's know you'll be closing it; otherwise, they'll try to get into your account and take whatever they can.
