cash call follow up

Hi,
I posted on here about a loan I have with Cash Call and was given advice on sending the letter and asking for a refund. I borrowed 2600. and paid 5500. I sent it through "complaints@cash.com" and also copy and paste it into the email on their website. Should I send it to someone else? I have not heard anything back yet. How long does it usually take to get a response? Any info would be great. I also made sure I put my account in deposits only status since it is overdrawn and my bank wont let me close it. Thank you
