Does who need what from your hr dept? What does your Hr dept have to do with anything.
First things first, are these your debts? Who called you?
If these are your debts they can try to collect. I do hope that they do not have your checking account info.
If you hear from them again, you will need to send them a debt validation letter, to see if these are yours. Please list for us who the loans are with, how much they say you owe , what you have paid back to each, and the state you reside in. Are these internet or store front loans. We will be in a better position to help you when we get the info.

Also, a word of caution, if you've had previous PDL's and you apply for another, most PDL's can obtain your new banking info from your application and attempt to collect on what you may owe them.
