Welcome to the Community :D You didn't say what state you are from, but the laws differ on payday loans. Most states, internet loans are operating illegally. If these are store front loans, try to work something out with them if they are operating legally,they tend to be the ones to take action. What companies do you have loans with, are they internet or storefront, how much are the loans for and what have you paid and what state are you in?

I currently have several outstanding internet payday loans open, I live in Missouri. I would like to find out if it is possible to talk to these people and see if they can set up a repayment plan of just the amount that I originally borrowed, seeing that I have paid the interest in triple. Thanks

Hello I have 7 payday loans outstanding i live in ohio i have 4 online and 3 in the town i live. I know this is my own fault but i'm about to lose my mind i am just working to pay these loans and i feel like i am at my wits end and checking acct is being constantly overdrawn any help
