Ughh am I this much of a fool

I like others here am seeking advice. I confess upfront to having had a financial emergency, and used REALLY BAD judgement. I live in Massachusetts and used online PDL's to help me out of the hole. Of course I have dug myself deeper. That said I am being sucked dry by fee's etc... you folks know the story and the drill. So here I am and I need help....
Some of these loans I have made payments on have already gone above the actual loan amount, others not at all. I would like to follow the advice I hope you give, I need help as well as perhaps direction... I have no idea what addresses these folks use so perhaps someone might indicate that for me, as well as telling me what other names/alias'/companies the original PDL sites might show as under my bank statement.
I am thankful for any direction. I am seeing terms like "binding arbitration", "short term loan" <<<<---- I applied for PAYDAY LOANS not STL
and statements such as "governed by jurisdication in which lender is located regardless of the state you reside"
AND the dreaded "wage assessement" email threatening to attach my check... this one from ALLIANCE FUNDING LLC for Great Sky Catch.
Here is my list (no laughter please)
1) Oneclickcash.com Orig amount $400 paid so far= $240
2) Huskhawk Group LTD Orig amount $300 paid so far= $90
3) Pack Managment Orig amount $300 paid so far= $90
4) Upfrontcash.com Orig amount $300
5) Instantloansnow.com Orig amount $400
6) Greatskycash.com Orig amount $400
7) Deluxecashclub.com Orig amount $400 paid so far= $530
8) Cashyes.com Orig amount $300
9) Paydaymax.com Orig amount $490
10) Unitedcashloans.com Orig amount $300
So there it is.. and here I am, embarrassed, bleeding $$ and really frustrated. I have no issues in paying the original amounts but boy did I screw up bad. Thanks for reading thus far.
Regards

Christian, You are definately not alone. I started out with 15 loans and now have it down to 6. I started on this site the end of MAy 2010 and while I am not completely out of this nightmare, I have seen some relief. I was paying close to 1500 every 2 weeks and now about 600 every two weeks. I would suggest following all the advice of this site and if you can close your checking account. I was unable to close my account and that is why I still have 6 loans outstanding. I have received 2 PIF's along with refunds and have defaulted on 4 loans that I had overpaid thousands and paid off 3. Its not ideal when you dont close your account so please try to, so you can find some relief. I wish you luck and try not to be afraid. Currently I am trying to find a way out of the 6 I have remaining but am not sure how to do so without closing my account. I take it one day at a time and am constantly on this site seeking advice and support. I could not have made it through so far without all the people on this site! BPM

I am right there with you ballplayersmom. I started out with 9 pdls (July 9, 2010) and am right down to 7. Out of those 7, I have made payments arrangements to pay only the principal balance. If it was not for this site, I would be so lost. I have followed everything they have told me to do and although I am not at the end of my journey, I am now able to at least sleep at night.
Thanks for the advice folks!! I will start sending out some lett

Please make sure you get your checking account closed or at least on deposit only status before you start sending them letters; otherwise, they'll probably try to get whatever money they can. (read the stickies on this forum about dealing with illegal lenders and closing your bank account).
