Hydra Financial, sent an automated email informing me my account was sent to National Credit adjustors, earlier today I got a call from Penster Closson and Assoc telling me I was being contacted about the debt or i'd be facing civil litigation.
StarCash just keeps calling me and calling, even though I sent the emails listed in the sticky over and over again.
Are star cash processing and Hydra illegal or not?
Am I about to be sued, what exactly should I tell the law firm ?

No...you are not going to be sued....hydra is an illegal lender....they cannot sue you.
I mistyped the name earlier,
I mistyped the name earlier, it was penister, closson, and assoc.
They called from a 404 number prefix, stupid IP phones at my job don't show whole #'s for some reason, woman called herself miss adams.
Just wondering what to say to these deceptive people...
can you confirm for me whether StarCash is Illegal in TN, I thought it was... if it is i'll just keep sending the email/fax notice until they respond...?
If only i'd have found this site months ago... woulda saved alot of sleepless nights...

get an FOAD letter out asap(just a c&d with more aggresive verbage)do not speak to these scumbags at all.get the letter out CMRRR(certified mail return receipt)and then just hang up on their sorry assess when they call.when they get the letter and they still call.sue them a good one.btw both statr and hydra are illegal because as stated star is tribal,and hydra is based in new zealand so they most likely sold the debts as they always do,and to bottomfeeder trash like this.anyway do that knowing nobody who calls on these will be able to do dick,but break the law with their threats.
