more about my pdl

I have mentioned before i have contacted all of my pdl i have and I am having a problem with one of them and that is ameriloan. They say there is nothing they can do for me unless i am delinquent. Sounds silly, why not help me out now before that happens :?
Does anyone have another contact # or something for them i keep getting the same woman and shes not budging and i asked for a supervisor shes it according to her.
any suggestions as how to deal with this other than pay in full, wish i could.
