Needing help with too many Payday loans in IA

Does anybody know the laws on online lending in IA? I have tried to research myself online but can't seem to make any progress. I have about $3500 in online payday loan debt and am trying to figure out what to do. I have contacted langhorne debt solutions, does anybody know if this company is legit and will really help me?

Do not use an outside service, read up here and do it yourself for free.
