I just found this information out about pdl's in the state of IA. I thought someone said they were illegal in my state maybe I was wrong..... :(

i honestly am not familiar with Iowa laws.. in your thread a very knowledgeable member said your internet loans were not legal. perhaps only storefronts are legal there? if unsure, it is always best to call the Iowa Divison of Banking.. this law does not appear to be clean cut so your loans still might not be legal (in other words there seems to be a lot of regulations attached, which would make your companies illegal). but i am not 100% sure on this.

No no I'm not going to panic I just want to get all my ducks in a row so that I can follow the correct procedures. I want to make sure I educate myself and send out the correct letters and such. I don't want to give them cause for calling me on it and saying I screwed up.
