i am also in TN. You said you emailed them. Did you email them revoking ACH transactions etc?
if not you need to do that sooner rather than later. You can find a sample letter on this forum. This revoke ACH/echeck and wage assignment authorization.Make sure your bank account is either on a hard block or preferably closed so that they cant try to get any more money because they will try.
As for the Indian guy calling you ignore him thats a scam dont give him any information just make a note of the number report it to the FBI and IC3.gov and tell him thats what you are doing.Nobody is going to arrest you and they just want money for no particular reason other than to defraud you for their own benefits. With the letters to the PDLs keep copies and send one copy of each letter to your HR/payroll dept so that they have them ready incase these people try wage assignments.
I would guess most of these companies you have loans with are illegal being internet but i will check them out as much as i can otherwise there are plenty of very knowledgable people in here that will be able to tell you right off who is and who isnt. I do know that US fast cash are not and Loanpoint USA has a sister company Geneva Roth that has a license in Utah but Loanpoint USA doesnt
i will check into the rest and see what i can come up with.
Only correspond in email and/or mail with these people it is your only proof of whats said and dont let them scare you.You can file complaints with BBB and FTC and Attorney Generals office regarding the amount of interest and rollovers. Tennessee requires all pay day loan companies to be licensed in one of the states and you cannot go to jail over defaulting on these. In the emails/letters to the people that you have paid nothing to or at least not the principle sum you probably need to tell them you are willing to pay what you owe but will send a money order so you need an address. No address no payment if they want it badly enough they will come up with an address for you.

As far as I know, payday lending is legal in Tennessee. I won't be able to let you know whether or not the payday lenders that you've mentioned here are legal. You can check it out from "tennessee.gov/tdfi/compliance/Lic_DP.html". If the payday lenders have license, then you will have to pay off the principal balance as well as the other fees and charges.
If you're facing hardship in paying off the payday loans, then you can go for payday loan consolidation which will help you to get rid of the debts faster.
