Need help identifying this Payday Lender

So when I was @ my worst I was signing up for so many Lenders I lost track of which was which. I received a loan in the amount of $300.00. At the beginning of the month my account was debited twice each for $90.00. Below is how the ACH transaction appears on my e-statement(minus my name and SS#):

Ive tried calling the number and it appears to be a fax machine. The first six digits indicate the number originates from Fredericton,NB, Canada. I'm trying to figure some way to contact this company. I've even faxed the number with no response.

CAC seems to be Credit Acceptance Corporation to me. But as far

Another name just clicked in my mind and that is CAC Financial Corp. It is a collection agency which may be collecting for any payday loan company. It's contact details is given below: -
