IL payday loan help!!!

I have found out that 7 of my 8 pay day loans are illgal in my state. They are all internet loans:
United Cash Loans
500 Fast Cash
PDL (formerly impact cash)
one click cash
mycash now
ameriloan
epayday
Does anyone know if these unlicensed (in IL at least) payday companies have to comply with IL state law regarding payday loans because they are online and are not based in my state.

You are only responsible for paying back the amount you original

You are only responsible for paying back the amount you originally borrowed. Minus and payments you have already made. None of these lenders are licensed, therefore;
