When checking on my State website I noticed that some of the loan stores have canceled by status. What does that mean?

msgreen, where it says license it says "cancelled"? It could be a couple of things. One could be that they are using the "corporate" license. Or it could be that they do not have a license any longer. I came across some of mine at one time that said "surrendered". I got all excited thinking they no longer had a license, but found they were using their corporate name/license.

P.S. - The way I found out they were using the corporate name/license, is that I actually called them and asked! :lol: I found out that they were licensed as a different name.
