Has anyone been serve for court for an illegal payday loan?

I've never read anyone here being taken to court by an illegal lender. Keep checking back for replies, hopefully there won't be anyone. :?

i have not been or heard of this.if there is i'm betting that they got a default judgement,and it was vacated.that is the only scenario i can think of.

i agree i do not see how an illegeal company would get too far in court
