Illegal lender, princ still owed

I need a letter for illegal lenders stating that with ACH revoke and Wage assignment revoke, but offering a payment plan for principle balance. Is there one out there?

"I hereby revoke any and all ACH rights on acccount _____. I am also revoking any and all voluntary wage assignment rights I may have signed.

The contract I signed is invalid and as such, I only owe principal borrowed on this account. I will pay it back via money order at my convience. "
