Aggressive would mean that they pester you over the home/office phone. Ask you supervisor/reception to ignore the calls.
Legally would mean that they are basically going to have to get up from their chairs, find the nearest wall and crack their head on it.

So after the email above I received, I logged onto my account with them and it is listed as written off. Last week it was listed as Collection 2. Do you think written off means they wrote it off and sent to an outside collection agency?
