Please help - Don't know what to do next

Hi,
I am sorry but I desperately need your additional help. I am scared and in tears and don't know what to do or where to turn. I emailed/faxed my PDL lenders (Ace, Nationwide, OneClick, OneStep, United) a letter similar to the one mentioned in the Dealing with Illegal Payday lenders.
*If* what I have learned is correct, PDL are legal in Illinois, with certain stipulations. All the loans I have taken were online and charge more interest than those stated in the Illinois laws.
I was more than happy to make payments, but no one will give me an address to send them to. I told them to contact me in writing and they won't quit calling me at work. I just spoke with Nationwide and he said he wouldn't accept what I could pay, I offered $50 a month - I haven't even paid my car payment for last month yet -- it is literally the best I can do. The guy went on about legal action, how they just gave me money so I should have some, I need to quit playing games, etc. They said they would accept wired money only (if i couldn't do a bank account or credit card), I explained if I can hardly make my payment, how am I going to afford extra wire charges?
I don't know what to do. Obviously whatever I have been trying isn't working. I'm not trying to walk away from them loaning me money. I just need to be able to change the terms in which I am paying. I have absolutely no where I can turn to to borrow money from friends or family. Can someone please help me? I feel like I am going to have a break down.

Would you be willing to talk to me via phone? I am not stupid by any means, but right now I feel lost and confused. I'm looking at the complaint form, do I ask them to mediate? Do they get involved. sigh - I guess I just feel overwhelmed.
