Any information you can help with will be greatly appreciated. I have been researching the site all morning and have some hope that maybe we will be able to "see the light" some time soon. We have spent thousands of dollars in fees/interest trying to repay payday lenders in the last few months, it is devastating our family.

Once you identify the lenders that are not permitted to operate
Once you identify the lenders that are not permitted to operate in your state, you may lodge a complaint with the State Attorney General, the FTC and the BBB. Make sure you also send a letter to your lender via certified mail expressing your intension to file a complaint against them.
