I have six pdls at a grand total of $1300 dollars. is it best to go into a consildation plan or work out a payment plan?
huskhawk $200 paid $60
ssm group llc $ 200 paid 360
ameriloan $250 paid 150
500 fastcash $250 paid $150
midland financial $200 paid $480
starcash processing(tried to cancel before loan was granted) $200 paid $480
I closed my bank of america account but it was somehow reopened what can I do to resolve these issues?

Are these storefront loans or online?

Like Anthony has mentioned; please find out whether these lenders are legal in your state or not. Don???t pay them without knowing their legal status. IMO you have already paid way too much to some of the lenders. See if they agree to close the accounts as paid in full.

grettings.being in IL myself i can tell you that none of these places are legal lenders.go to the sticky at the top of this forum that shows you every step in dealing with illegal lenders.as far as BS of A goes.you have to keep trying to get the hard block or close your current account.this bank is horrible when it comes to this in particular.be persistent.go to different branches if you can.contact corporate if you must.it will take some footwork, but it has been done.

nope.rollovers and/or extensions are not allowed.a licensed pdl would know this and comply.plus there is a 15.50 per hundred borrowed cap on interest.unless you were meaning a re-loan.then you can do that no more than three times.then a cooling off period takes place.
