Per PLY website it's states they aren't even suppose to extend payday loans to residents of Illinois, well I live in Illinois. I'm getting my letters together and not sure of what to send them. Should I request the account be zereod out because they shouldn't have given me a loan anyway or a settlement offer? I haven't paid them anything yet.

I feel that you still owe the principal amount that you borrowed

I feel that you still owe the principal amount that you borrowed to PLY. You are not bound but it's more of moral thing. tell them that you'll pay the actual amount you borrowed from them and ask for a PIF.

I have spoken to a person at the Illinois Attorney office regarding them and they are very interested in people in illinois that have loans with them because they arent suppose to loan in IL. Let me email him and see if i can give out his email address. Do you have a copy of your contract that you can send him via email?
