Illinois Payday installment loans

I am having a hard time trying to find out if 2 of the 3 pady installments loans I have is legal in the state if Illinois. I havechecked the states website, but to be honest, i am not finding any information. i am probably looking incorrectly, so i am just going to flat out ask the forum experts. Are loans in the state of Illinois from the following two payday lenders legal?

Zingo cash

CashNetUSA


CashNetUSA is a legal payday loan company. However, I have doubts about the Zingo Cash. I have checked out their website. They have the phone number. But there is no proper contact details on their website.

CASHNETUSA is a CSO.not a pdl.however i couldn't find anything on zingo cash either.were they online,or storefront,and what part of illinois are you in?are you in the northern part like dekalb,or center like champaign,or the southern part like carbondale?

I am in the south burbs of chicago. I believe they are located in the north burbs. I did this online, but they have/had a billboard on near O'hare.

you might want to look into this,but i didn't see zingo cash in the DFI/CSO database.i tried to access the vernon hills address online,but got the old"page cannot be displayed".don't take my word for it but again didn't see them in the CSO database.again they are not a pdl.neither is cashnetusa.so double check my findings and let us know.

I am in the process of dealing with CashNet and have not found them to be licensed in Illinois. They just have an address here. Unless I am looking over them. Let me no if you find this to not be the case.

did you look into the DFI CSO licensee database as they are not a pdl,but a CSO.i found it there.
