Hello I discovered this website yesterday and have been reading through other people's experiences and found them very helpful. I would however like to post about my individual situation to see if there are any further suggestions that can be made.
Outstanding PDL's:

1) US Fast Cash: Originated:$450.00 Paid:$1520.00 Owe: $130.00
2) One Click Cash: Originated:$500.00 Paid:$0 Owe:$650.00 (New)
3) Cash Net USA: Originated:$1350.00 Paid: $0 Owe: $2894.92(New)
4) Quick Click Loans: Originated:$3500.00 Paid:$4603.71 Owe:$2183.46
5) Cash Yes: Originated:$900.00 Paid:$1845.00 Owe:$1105.00
6) Cash Call/Western Sky: Originated:$2600.00 Paid:$3414.56 Owe: $2714.80
7) Plain Green Loans: Originated:$1200 Paid:$2250.45 Owe:$1213.30
8) Great Plains Lending: Originated:$500 Paid:$845.92 Owe:$333.11

I don't know if you have already done research on Quick Click Loans & Cash Net USA, but they are in fact legal. This means that they can take you to court and garnish wages if you stop paying.

All others are illegal lenders and can't do anything if you stop paying.

The two lenders you will have to work something out with are Quick Click and Cash Net USA.

if you followed the sticky and revoked any wage assignments by giving the revocation letter to your employer then they won't get squat.if you haven't given the revocation letter to your employer do so asap as some illegals will try that tactic.

First success story, this is the rsponse that I received from Great Plains after sending the revocation email to them:

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review.

Per your request, we have removed your numbers from our system and have ceased automatic ACH debits from your account. Your account has been closed and blocked from further activity.

Does anyone have a success story as to how they were able to get a refund from any of these companies?

Does anyone have any info on dealing with Quick Click Loans? It is a "installment loan" that I took out when I lived in GA, but have since moved to IL and I was under the assumption that this was a legal loan. Has anyone dealt with them prior to this?

Can anyone offer me any information on whether or not these companies will attempt to garnish my wages directly through my employer? I have already closed my bank account and opened a new one, however I have not done anything through my employer yet. Should I? Is so, how do I go about doing that? Is there a form I need?

Apart from Cash Net USA, all the lenders are illegal in your state. This means you're only required to pay back the principal amount. Nothing else.

Most of your lenders are illegal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything. Ask them for a refund, as you have already overpaid them.
