Western Sky/Cash Call PDL Help in MT

Immediately sold to: Cash Call
Obtained the loan via the internet
Live in Montana
Original loan amt $2600
Made 11 payments of $294.46 for a total of 3239.06
What are my options? Do I send them a letter as outlined in the Dealing with Unlicensed Lenders section, stating I've paid them more than the loan, or ?
I already closed my bank acct. I noticed a $30 check from FastLoans4Me.Com stating they had my authorization (they didn't, never heard of them) and when I inquired on it, telling my bank I didn't recognize it, they immediately transferred me to the Fraud Dept and closed my acct and opened a new one for me.

Western Sky is an illegal
Western Sky is an illegal lender. So you owe them nothing more than the principal amount. No interest, no fees, you have done the right thing by closing down your old bank account and open a new one. You can ask them for the refund as you have already overpaid them. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money.
