Yeah same here, I got a loan for $150 so the original PIF amount was to be $195, I skipped a payment now it's $250, so if they are not legal in CA, I should only owe them $150 right?

well...there is an email template on this site that we can use to notify them that they are not legal to provide lending in CA and wait for a response...I think I may go that route, if I can get it at a lower amount it would help a great deal considering they are one of about 6 pdl's I have outstanding right now
