Question about Impact Cash

Hi.
I have several pdl. One is Impact Cash and I live in PA. I am preparing to close my account and seetle with pdl companies, but I read on Impact Cash website that they do not service PA. Did they make an illegakl loan to me? Also when I close my account and try to settle can any of the pdl companies sue me? Just curious. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
Thanks.
