Got this in an email today....
We are sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with your experience with
PDL Ventures. We have reviewed your account and we are willing to settle
with what has been paid. Your account as been marked as settled. Please
let us know if you have any questions.

I have to laugh because I sent a letter stating that they were not legal and that considering I had paid close to $790 for a $300 original loan and according to the laws of the state I live in the most they could really charge was 15% ($45) that I no longer authorized ACH debits from my account.... oh well at least I have the "settled" -- would like to know what company this is technically for considering there is nothing in the email that shows it was "Impact Cash" but at least that is one down..... YEA:p

Make sure you send them a validation request within that 30 day
Make sure you send them a validation request within that 30 day window. MAKE them validate that debt.
