I live in TN and have 4 pdls. It is impossible to keep up with the interest.

Permissible number of Rollovers - None (cannot be renewed or consolidated otherwise)

Limits of Collection
Collection Fees - 1 NSF fee of $30; Costs of Court
Criminal Action - Prohibited

All of your lenders are illegal. You owe nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
