You are to cease and desist all collection activity on this account immediatly or I will contact the ftc regarding this matter. I will pay the principle and only what ever is left of the principle to payday max directly and not with a collection agency. Hi Perry Is Paydaymax and Paydaymax.com the same place if so...where did you find your information about them not being licensed to issue loans or operate in the state of Minnesota, and what is the ftc the federal trade commission? Have they bothered you since you sent this to them? Thanks for any info you got.

PayDayMax is not licensed in the US. They are an overseas company operating out of Grenada and they are illegal and not licensed to lend in any US state.

When dealing with Payday Max you have to e-mail Credit Protectio
When dealing with Payday Max you have to e-mail Credit Protection Depot which is the company collecting from them. E-mail them, fax them...even call them if you wish to do so. But do not give up. I got a PIF from them once I paid enough fees to cover the principal of the loan. Another friend of mine got a PIF too...so it is possible.
