How do i find out if internet payday loan is legal in indiana? My cash now is calling and harrassing me, saying im going to jail if i dont pay. The loan was 3 years ago, they took out money when they were not supposed to causing my account to be closed. Havent heard anything in at 2 years....now they are threatening me and calling my references saying if they dont pay or give me messages that they will go to jail also. Can they do that?

mycashnow is illegal

being as MYCASHNOW is not based in the US they are illegal.i wouldn't even think of paying them as chances are you paid them in fee debits.file a police report as the call broke the law as no pdl can have you arrested especially an out of the country one.then ignore them.again around 3yrs ago,they are not located in the US,and the arrest threat was illegal.file the report also file FTC complaints as well.go to www.ftc.gov then ignore them,or hang up without a word when you know it's them.an addendum.have anyone this turdpile called and threatened file police reports,and FTC complaints as well.
