bottomfeeder
they are a bottomfeeder.did they leave a message?what did the message say?what number came uo on your caller id?just asking, but they are a bottomfeeder.
ARS did not leave a message,
ARS did not leave a message, but one of their "processors" left a message saying that ARS was the plaintiff I needed to call back if I wanted to settle this matter out the court for "fraudulent bank activity and they gave me the number for ARS to call them. The process gave me a case number, but I don't know if it was bogus or not.
bogus
nobody calls ahead to serve you.i would ignore future calls.btw fraud is a crime, and they throw that phrase out there to scare you intio calling so they can harras you.best to ignore completely as there was one post on 800notes stating the same thing you did.
Would they call you before
Would they call you before they submit the paperwork to the county office, or is that just another scare tactic too?
yes
well if they state there is a fraud case then they would have filed.do this go to your county, town,or villagr court clerk webisite.type in the case number.i guarantee the case number is bogus as i googled ARS an there is three pages on them.all complaints just like yours.this is a bottomfeeder that relies on scare tactics and big verbage to get money as they have nothing else.
