I do know a little about the Oklahoma laws and all of the companies are charging way more in finance charges than allowed, but honestly I don't even think any are legal in Oklahoma. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
here is the skinny
all of those are illegal in every state, not just OK so you only owe the principle.now also anything debited gets deducted from that so you only owe the top two,and not nearly what they claim you do.go to the sticky titled(dealing with illegal lenders)at the top of this very forum.it has everything from template letters to every step needed to get these illegals out of your life.the first step is closing/securing your account.now as far as the calls go.just know they can't do anything they say,and you are not under any obligation to speak to them.try just hanging up at first.if they persist file AG and FTC complaints.in fact one click is MTE and their d/b/a's have a cease and desist in OK.do that and keep us posted as we can advise on the calls further when they happen.

Your best bet is to ignore them. File complaints with your state's AG and the FTC and simply ignore any future calls. Tell your coworkers to do the same.
As long as someone continues to talk to them, they hold out hope that they might be able to bully you into giving them some more money.
