Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I took out a $600 loan from them on August 17. To date, I have paid $865. This company is not licensed in the state where I live (CO). I sent them the sample letter from this forum and they initally sent back an email requesting for it to be in PDF format which I did. They sent me an email after that saying that I needed to contact the customer service department. I'm obviously looking to obtain a PIF for this account at the very least and ideally would like the $265 that I overpaid refunded to me. Other experiences with this pdlender are appreciated. tia.

They are tribal and illegal. Have you sent them an ACH revocation and a revoked wage assignment rights? Closed your bank acccount?

Yes, in answer to both of your questions. I know that they're tribal and illegal and I have made a complaint with the attorney general's office in my state. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them and what the results were.
