Has anyone dealt with In My Account?

I sent my "revoking ach and request for refund" letter to them via fax as well as through a "customer ticket" on their website and this was their reply (FYI I have overpaid them double the amount of the loan and I live in NY):

"The loan agreement clearly stated that he loan was being provided from, processed in and accepted under Delaware Law. We would seriously suggest that in the future you ensure that when you apply for a loan, you confirm that it is allowed under your local laws BEFORE accepting it. You applied to us with full truth in lending disclosure in the loan agreement, we did not approach or solicit you, and as such we have broken no law. There will be no refund on this loan, nor will it be marked as paid in full - we will however suspend the loan as a goodwill gesture, meaning that there will be no further interest added and no payments taken, BUT that is in no way any agreement to close or writeoff the loan. It remains active, but with no further payment required. Customer Services"

It remains active but with no further payment required - what does that even mean - haha?

So I called their customer service (1-866-550-6022) and finally got through to someone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they, of course, stated that wasn't possible. The man who I did speak with was SO RUDE (not that I'm surprised). He basically told me that what their reply meant was that they will not accept any payments but my account is still active so it "could go to collections." I asked for his name, so I could document exactly who I spoke with and he rudely replied "customer service" - he would not give even a first name. Shady business!

Anyone from NY deal with this company?

I had a 200$ loan with them too. After I paid 3 times a 74$ fee I sent them my C&D letter. They stopped debiting my bank account and when I checked the status of my loan online it says "suspended", fees due 0$.
I have also found this reply to my C&D letter:
Addressed in our previous replies - please take the time to read them rather than just pasting this 'letter', which we have seen many times and know from which website you have obtained it and is completely irrelevant. Customer Services
Ha...so they do know about this website??
