installment loan, paydayloan nightmares, please help

I'm currently going through financial hardship and would appreciate some assistance. I've run through forums that state installment loans are illegal in some states, I'm in ca. I currently have the following outstanding:
Checkngo: from what I've read, looks like they're legal in ca. I ran into unexpected last minute need for cash and decided to apply, I was foolish to not budget well and now I'm paying 600/month. I'm thinking of going through debt counseling service to see if Checkngo amenable to allow me to do monthly payment. Anyone know if something like this possible? Are they allowed to charge so much. I would have to pay them until Jan 2013 600/month, way more than 2600 loan I got from them.
Advance America: I received installment loan of 2600 back in Jan. And have paid $418/month. I am scheduled to finish by Jan. 2013. I tried calling to see if I can do monthly payment of 209 instead of 209 every 2 weeks and they said no. Prior to getting installment payment from them, I was getting 300 advances and had no problem with them. I was good customer paying back everytime. Also wanted to see if anyone knew if would assist reducing or even settling if I were to go through debt counseling agency.
Vandelier Group llc at cwbservices: received 300 loan but it gets refinanced at 90 every 2 weeks if I don't pay 390 in full. I previously took one out from them before and did pay in full. I've read that this is illegal company, can I get my past full payment refunded? Should I tell my bank to stop 90 refinance charge being debited from my account every 2 weeks?
Westgate group llc at midland funding: Last I also have similar loan to vandelier group, called westgate. Also paying 90 to refinance every 2 weeks for 300 loan. I also once used same loan earlier and was able to pay 390 in full. Can I request refund if not licensed in ca and stop paying for current one outstanding?
Once again I appreciate everyone's help. I can't even sleep, eat or enjoy family special events because I'm so afraid of my financial situation. I never want to take another payday loan out again. thank you.
ChecknGo is a legal and licensed CSO in CA. You can ask them for
ChecknGo is a legal and licensed CSO in CA. You can ask them for an extended period repayment plan. They are pretty easy to work with.
Advance America is also a licensed lender. You need to talk to them and I believe they would agree to a payment plan.
Vandellier is an illegal tribal lender. You do not owe them anything more than the principal. You need to send out copies of ACH revocation letter to both the bank and the lender. That should put an end to the $90 refinance charges. File complaints with the AG and the FTC. Yes, you are entitled to a refund of the sum you paid over and above the loan principal.
Westgate seems to be an illegal lender as well. Call the state department of finance and make sure before you make a move. Yes, you can ask for a refund if you find out that they are not licensed in CA.
