I only know about Uncle Warbucks. They are illegal in all states. They are based in Quebec Canada. If you find that any other lenders are illegal, you should follow the "illegal lenders" sticky in this forum. It will give you all the steps you need to contact the illegal lenders.

WB is right. Also, all the lenders are illegal. If they create trouble, then contact your state's general attorney to make a complaint against them.

I agree with Patricia, contact your state's attorney general's office and file a complaint against them if they don't stop bothering you. That's how they meant to be treated.
