Ok so here is the deal my husband and i have fallen on hard times and decided that we needed a payday loan, well to repay that we had to keep getting new ones we have 11 between the 2 of us and 1 installment loan from bank of delaware. I have been reading about langhorne and some other places on here and really need to get out of this trap have tried calling a few places in the last 2 days but assume they are still closed from the holiday. All together we have almost $5,500.00 in this mess and only make almost $3,500.00 a month and can't do it anymore, with the mortgage and other bills we have I really need guidance please help. thank you!

Welcome, brandie! :D First of all, as you can see, you are not alone. You have come to the right place for help. Can you please tell us what state you reside in? And also, could you please tell us if these are internet loans or storefront loans? And, if you're able, list out the pdl name, the amount borrowed (principle only) and how much you have paid back so far. We can look up your state pdl law and we can go from there!

hi Brandie ~ Please provide the information that Cannr requested. You may find that you have already paid back those PDLs already and may have over paid. But we need to know the state you are in along with all the other information. Some states do not allow payday loans, some have caps on how much they can charge, some states have limits to how many you can have, etc, so if these are internet, you may find that many of these are in violation of the laws.

Many of us have been there and can help point you in the right direction to help get you out of this mess and get you back on the right road to recovery.
