Installment loans in Missouri

I have the following loans in Missouri, and I just don't know what to do anymore. I am just taking out more loans to make the current payments.

1. Plain Green $1,612.41 $138.66
2. Rise Credit $1,327.93 $139.47
3. Cash Net $1,366.77 $213.88
4. Check N Go $1,689.00 $252.80 - estimated the balance, but it should be close
5. Ace Cash Exp $1350.00 $191.90 - estimated the balance, but it should be close
6. Net Credit $2,831.41 $191.69

Plan Green and Cash Net both are illegal lenders. But Check n go, Ace Cash Express and Net Credit are licensed lenders. You owe only the principal balance to your illegal lenders. In this case closing down your old bank account and opening a new one is the best option for you. As far as the legal loans are concerned, you are liable to pay both the principal and interest. Try to negotiate with your licensed lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.

Sent an email to them revoking everything. I just got their system generated response, so we will see what happens. Cashnet would not do payment arrangements at all, but it is not late as of yet. I have not tried any of the others yet. I feel so overwhelmed! This is such a mess.

Did you request an epp from cashnetusa? What the status of your loan with cashnetusa? How much borrowed? They are legal and I would think would work with you.

I did request an epp from cashnetusa. They said this was an installment loan, so I could not do that. It is current. I think it was $1400 borrowed originally.

Looks like you'll just have figure a way to pay then. It might not hurt to call and explain your situation and see if there is anyway they can lower the payments. Other than that I don't know what else you can do.

I sent CFSA an email asking if that was correct. They almost made it sound like I had to default before they would do anything.
