the law for california is for a payday loan is 300.00 , I have one of 800.00, what shoul I do?

Who is the lender? Keep in mind that there are a couple of lenders licensed to offer installment loans which can be higher amounts.

Just to tack on to what was already said, California doesn't have really tight consumer protection laws... unfortunately you might owe some fees if this is a licensed lender. You'll have to tell us who the lender is first though.
