Internet Business market collecting for PDL

I need help has any one heard of Internet Business Market, they are threating to have me arrested. A guy with an India accent is calling saying I owe $250 to instant cash and that if I do not pay $1000 today he will send the police or $ 9000 if it went to court. I need help is this valid? :confused:

It's another scam. Don't worry, they can't do anything. These companies can only use scare tactics to make innocent US citizens pay them. Don't pay heed to their tantrums. If you want, file a case with your local police and ask your service provider if they can block the number.
Next time they call you, tell them you're filing against them with the FBI or CIA (whatever comes to mind) and you know they are outside of US. Give them an answer over their face.
