I'm in Illinois and need to know is payday one licensed/illegal? When I ran a search, and some people said, "yes", and some said, "no". So which one is correct?

I have a payday loan that I can't pay and these people called and made all kinds of threats, can they follow through with them all?

which pdl?how much borrowed?how much paid back total?
what state are you in?for starters,they can't have you arrested.they can't garnish wages without a court order.lastly
you didn't commit a crime.debts are civil matters not criminal ones.we can help you here.
