You need to contact the company you requested the loan from.
I will suggest though that you try another way to get the money you need. Payday loans can be a trap especially internet ones and they can be illegal.
300.00 loan that was never recieved at bank
I'm concerned about a loan i apply for over the internet. I have my printed copy of the agreement for a loan of 300.00 and was to pay back 390.00. You all have my personal bank info as well as my personal info. I checked my account and the bank Wachovia is telling me nothing did came through to get deposit from you all. I called 1-888-255-1110 and entered my ss# and I'm being told that i'm not elgible for a loan. I'm asking for you guys not to process anything from my account for a loan that was never recieved.
