Hi, I have two payday loans with instant loans usa and instant loans now.

Even though this two companies are two in one, they treated the loan as two separate loans to charge more interest.

I would like to know if they are legal or illegal in Texas.

instant loans usa: original loan $300 paid $200

instant loans now: original loan $300 paid $180

your help is very appreciated, Thanks in advance.

:D

I did a little searching and it appears payday lenders must be licensed in TX. I couldn't find the two in their database of licensees http://occc04.occc.state.tx.us/default.asp

I don't know if they use another name. However, they are claiming to do business in DE. There is an instant cash inc licensed in DE.

I sent email copies of the letter of illegal payday loans and I got an email from the company stating that i was paid in full.

I went to their sites and it shows a balance of $0.00

we'll see if i get calls or get letters in the mail. It has been over two weeks and i have not receive a letter from the payday loans which i got in the internet.

hopefully that should take care of them

Thanks everyone in this site.
