Hello,
I owe instatnwages.com around $274. I told them that they do not have a license to issue payday loans in South Dakota...but they are telling me that they are under Delaware law and that I am obligated to pay it. Am I liable for this debt? Also...I told them that under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act that I do not have to pay my payday loan electronically and want to send in a payment via the US mail. They say they don't have a way to accept mail payments. I think this is crap. Anybody else have a similar experience??
